General
Because of the high quality of our content and equipment we rarely get customers that experience motion sickness. While there are experiences that can cause motion sickness (roller coasters, racing simulators and flight simulators) may increase the chances of motion sickness especially for first time VR users. Feel free to ask our crew for recommendations from our extensive content library.
We strongly recommend that guests who visit our Seymour VR arcade gaming center are at least 6 years old. It is up to the discretion of parents/guests and manager to allow guests 6 years of age and younger.
The HTC Vive Pro headsets can support regular and large frame glasses. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask our staff for assistance adjusting your VR Headset for best view and experience.
Once you enter your fully immersive virtual reality environment you will use to HTC Vive Pro controllers to move around. Both controllers act as your hands in virtual reality and change to match the content you are in. All virtual reality experiences come with in game controller instructions.
We highly recommend booking your VR experience online ahead of arriving at our location.
How to prepare
We recommend a 10-5 minutes arrival time as we have a strict sanitation procedure to keep the equipment sanitized and ready at all times.
We have our location reserved for one family or group at a time therefore the lag time will be minimal but we highly encourage the early arrival window.
We have tables where you can place your belongings close to you while you go on your virtual reality journey.
Accessibility
Health, cleanliness and safety is of outmost importance at The Vault Virtual Reality. We sanitize & disinfect all headsets, controllers and the face cushions in between each user with UV light, UV oven and approved sanitizing solution. Checkout our Safety guidelines for more information.
The virtual reality headset we use (HTC Vive Pro) is able to fit kids as young as 6 years of age. The equipment may not fit children under the age of 6 properly and it would be up to the parent’s discretion. younger than 6 may not fit properly. headset used can fit a child 6 or under a little big however our staff will do their best to fit the headset so that the child can have an amazing VR experience.
We have content available for all ages, from children to seniors. all content in our library comes with an age restriction of 16+
Yes, our Seymour VR arcade gaming center is fully ADA compliant with all the necessary facilities for you to enjoy your time with us. Once you arrive you will be able to select the games that can be enjoyed in a seated position with limited mobility from our library. Check out our ADA complaint content.

Yes, our Seymour arcade gaming center offers electronic gift cards that go directly to the recipients email inbox as well as physical gift cards that can be purchased at our location.
We are doing our part to keep you safe, we offer private booking were you have the place for you and your group. Booking in advance is recommended as it allows us to better prepare for your arrival.
A full refund will be provided for cancellations up to 2 hours before reservation.
For any cancellations less than 24 hours before the reservation, a 50% Cancellation Fee will apply.
If the reservation is not canceled by 10 minutes past reservation time, it will be considered a no-show and refund will not be applied.
